All orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment approval. If available, tracking numbers will be made available. Some countries may have additional charges such as duties or customer charges. These charges are the sole responsiblity of the product recipient.
Any items that are unclaimed and returned to us will be held for 10 business days, during which time we will try to contact you. Additional charges may apply to reship unclaimed items. If you do not respond to our contact attempts within 10 business days then the items will be returned to stock without refund.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return items within 10 business days of receipt. You must first contact us by email or phone to receive an RMA # before the item can be returned. The item being returned must be in its original good condition and in its original shipping box, together with your original invoice and the RMA #. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not accept COD package returns.
Return shipments must have a tracking number and we are not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged in transit. When returning items, please clearly write "GOODS RETURNED TO VENDOR" in large letters on the outside of the package and the shipping invoice. This lets the post office know that your shipment is a return and not a sale.
Once we receive your return, we will refund payment to your credit card within 10 business days.
